Sandra has been in childcare since 1989 and has a great wealth of knowledge and understanding of the childcare service & industry. Since 1996 she has worked as a nursery manager, leading teams of nursery practitioners effectively and attaining the ‘outstanding’ rating by Ofsted in her last post. She has a very hard working attitude and is continuously developing her own strengths and skills. She is keen to watch children develop both emotionally and academically and strives to help them become independent little people gathering a real sense of the world around them.
It is her upmost priority to ensure all children in the care of Little Sparkes receive the best opportunities possible and are exposed to a range of activities in a safe and secure environment.
In her career she has built good, strong relationships with staff, parents and the children which then allow her to deliver a high quality level of teaching.
