Little Sparkes Preschool provides high quality childcare and education for the Early Years age group 2-5 in the Enfield / Winchmore Hill area.
We are encouraging, energetic and most importantly provide a safe learning environment that promotes enquiry-based learning through a variety of purposeful play activities. Utilising our 30+ years combined experience we also have a wide range of tools, resources and opportunities available for all children to develop their social skills within group activities and playing alongside other children. Within the program we also provide healthy eating breakfasts, snacks and a weekly series of extra-curricular activities; such as Yoga, Football, Tennis, French, Dance and many more to keep your children interested, engaged and thriving.
We have excellent, extensive and clean facilities for children, our preschool is set in the centre of 21 acres of beautiful green land with the benefit of two large secure outside play areas for children and free parking for parents. We are also conveniently located for parents who live in neighbouring Palmers Green, Bush Hill Park, Edmonton & Southgate.
We are registered for the 15hr entitlement, terrific twos, 30hrs free childcare & tax-free childcare schemes. We are an Ofsted registered provision and all our staff regularly attend industry recognised, advanced and refresher training in Child Protection, Development, SEN, Autism, First Aid & Health and Safety.

Daily Sessions
We have 3 sessions:
Morning session – 9am -12pm
Afternoon session – 12pm -3pm
Full day 9am – 3pm.

3-4yr old funding
Little Sparkes Preschool will complete the application for you. (30hrs)
You MUST contact HMRC to see if you meet the criteria and register.
Contacting HMRC is NOT the preschools responsibility.
Early Years age group 2-5
Schemes: 15hr entitlement, Terrific Twos, 30hr Free Childcare, Workplace childcare vouchers, Tax-Free childcare.
We also accept Government 15 & 30hrs Funding for 2 years to 4 years and Student Finance payments.
Snacks and Lunches
Snacks – We provide children with a variety of healthy snacks per session (mornings & Afternoons).
Snacks such as – Wide range of fruits & savory snacks.
We cater for all dietary and religious requirements.
Children can help themselves to milk and water throughout the day.
Lunches – We ask for parents to provide a healthy packed lunch. NOTE: We do not heat food for lunchtime.
Lunch Club – An additional paid service for children that attend the morning sessions and would like to bring a packed lunch and join us.
PLEASE NOTE: Little Sparkes Preschool is NUT FREE.
